Services and Fees
Fees:
I provide individual and familiy counseling to adults and adolescents (17+). My fee is $100 for a 50 minute session and I accept cash, check and most major credit cards for payment. Please note that payment is due at the time of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy:
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Clients are charged the full fee for the session if they cancel without providing at least 24 hours notice prior to their appointment.
Insurance:
There are pros and cons to using medical insurance, which we can discuss prior to your appointment. Should you decide to use your insurance please make sure you contact them and ask if you need a preauthorization for outpatient behavioral health services and please bring your card with you to your first appointment. Insurance accepted includes Aetna, Cigna, Anthem BCBS, and Value Options. For out-of-network insurance I can provide an invoice for reimbursement of services, however, it is important to check with your insurance to see if you have out-of-network benefits.
