Welcome

Sometimes life can feel overwhelming and we can struggle with finding positive solutions.  If you’re feeling depressed, overwhelmed, hopeless, are having difficulty in your relationships, or are experiencing other emotional health issues know that help is available.

Mental health issues can affect anyone regardless of sex, gender, or race.  In fact, according to the National Institute for Mental Health, about 1 in 4 adults in the U.S. suffer from a diagnosable mental health disorder in any given year.   However, with treatment most people can make significant improvement.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I have been working in Denver and the surrounding area for the past 10 years.  As an individual, group, and family therapist I have had experience working with adults, adolescents, and children and offer a strengths-based and empathic approach towards therapy. I have had experience in a variety of settings and have worked with a diverse group of clients. In my practice, I believe in providing support, acceptance and constructive feedback in order for clients to gain insight and achieve their goals. I am committed to helping clients to become their best selves through self-exploration, empowerment and identifying and changing negative or dysfunctional patterns in their lives.

It takes a lot of courage to seek out help, but with treatment you can feel better and have a more fulfilling life.  Please contact me if you have any questions about my practice or would like a complimentary phone consultation.
